High- and Low-Income Countries and Ph.D students registration fees include:
congress kit, welcome reception on July 3rd, access to all scientific sessions, poster area, coffee stations, lunches, badge and certificate of participation.
Accompanying persons fee includes:
Welcome reception on July 3rd and Florence guided walking tour.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot attend the Congress, you must send written notice of cancellation to alberta@enic.it no later than 15th April 2011; the Organizing Secretariat will refund your registration fee after the congress, less € 50,00 that will be withheld to cover administration charges. Refunds will be net of bank transfer costs.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 16th April 2011 deadline.
Requests for refunds must be received within 60 days following the end of the conference.
